In 1998, Tri-State Baking Co. became a part of Affiliated Foods and has continued the tradition of freshness, taste and price that have been its hallmarks for over 50 years.  In the 1960’s, there were 5 other major bakeries in Amarillo today only one remains.

The bakery produces over 60,000 loaves per day from an oven that produces 60 loaves of bread per minute. The bakery produces over 8 million loaves annually. Consumer acceptance hinges on hallmarks of freshness, taste and price.  TSB assures these consumer demands through consistent quality control, the best ingredients available and production efficiencies above industry standards.  Ongoing training and educational programs guarantee a product of quality and freshness at a valued price.

We are continually monitoring our production of white and wheat bread varieties and demanding freshness for our specialty breads, buns, tortillas, cakes and cookies to assure customers the best quality and service.  Freshness, variety and value are the ‘watch words’ of the Tri-State Bakery family of products.
