Membership Requirements
A retailer must be an active retail food dealer operating within our geographic
delivery area. Upon approval of the membership application, all members must
comply with the Class A Voting Stock requirement and accumulate Class B Stock
and deposit requirements as prescribed by the corporate bylaws. Members are
expected to concentrate their purchases in support Affiliated Foods, Inc.
